I've eaten at Thirty Acres now three times and each instance has been an eye opener in what new cuisine can bring to the table. Some items or combinations may seem odd at first but make inspired ensembles that do good things in the mouth. For a couple of very young chefs just starting out what's been achieved is remarkable and very, very promising.
