This was our first time in "Pier Village" which is located in Long Branch, N.J. Friends of ours had recommended the area and described it as a lovely little area where you could walk (shops) as well as several different restaurants to choose from.
We chose Sirena. It is just about right on the beach (Atlantic Ocean). We were very impressed with this lovely restaurant, wonderful atmosphere (even in the middle of the day). As we love the water, it was delightful to sit, drink our wine, eat our lunch, all while we ate a delectable lunch, which consisted of roasted beet salad for me, and baked portabello stuffed with cheese for hubby (scrumptious). We shared a pizza which was perfectly crusty & fresh. Our lunch (including an entire bottle of delicious Donnini/very very dry wine), totaled $70.45 (plus tip). We will definitely return to Sirena in the future and recommend it highly.
