I travel for work between Boston and New York/New Jersey 3 to 4 days a week and try to stay in a Marriott property whenever possible. I tried this hotel first and then a Residence in closer to my office and without complaining about the poor service I received at the Residence Inn it was clear the effort and customer service provided by this hotel was far better. They are friendly and helpful when needed. Rachel who works at the front desk is the friendliest person I've ever come across and always goes out of her way to make me feel appreciated as a customer.
