Was excited about trying something new, but this place failed miserably. We started off with an order of Fajitas. Unfortunatly, from the taste of those, we stopped there. We ordered steak/shrimp medium rare, and they were past well on the side of burnt tasting. The waitress warned us against the Sea Bass, and I could see why based on the fajitas. Now, to top it off, the beer we had was $6.50. No beer is worth that price for the standard size beer glass.

The atmosphere was old and dank, nothing to rave about. Service was excellent.

Saturday night and the wait was only 15 minutes. Dinner was good. The nachos come in a smaller size which we liked since they were our appetizer. The enchiladas (cheese and chicken) were good but could have had a bit more flavor. Atmosphere was lively. Service was great.

I love the authentic menu and especially the Guacamole salad. Menu offers something for everyone. Don't be afraid to ask for items to be modified. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We don't go to Mexican very much, due to the healthy component, and we used to frequent MFF for years. So what a nice surprise that the owners son runs the business now and it was just as good as ever! Of course we had our old standbys corn soup and chili con queso. They give you great portions and lots of home made chips, food delicious! Margaritas still weak component, taste is just not there. We would definitely go back soon!

I have been to many South Jersey Mexican restaurants and this was pretty good. Fiery salsa was great on my fish tacos. Guacamole was good too. Server was prompt, courteous and helpful. Going back again... sooner if they bring back their habanero salsa.
