Where do I start? This is one of the most disgusting hotels with the most insincere staff I have ever encountered. LITERALLY there was dried blood on the bed and they sent up a strange little man to change them. When he came up he had mismatched sheets and said he was not willing to change the mattress cover. He barely spoke english and I understand this is common but blood is a bio hazard and he should have fixed it immediately. The restaurant was ok as a last resort for a quick bite to eat in the morning. The whole hotel is filthy and we have taken pictures to send them a nasty letter. The hotel staff were polite but not helpful at all or sincere in there apologies. They made it seem like blood on the bed was no big deal. Stay somewhere else. We got a room at the Hampton Inn and we are so relieved.

Hello Nicholas P,

I apologize for all the mistakes we might have made doing your stay that disrupted your mood and pleasure as we continue to perform better than our competitors daily. Many times we are unable to capture our weak spots and miss a few items as everyone else does however there are a few items that you have a misunderstanding on.

However on the other hand, I must apologize for the rude customer service provided to you. This is not part of the hotel's business style nor in the hotel's DNA to treat out guest in that manner. I have confronted the gentlemen and corrected his behavior. He promises not to repeat his mistake ever again.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review based on your most recent stay and we hope to see you again soon after forgiving us for the mistakes made. Everybody deserves a second chance.
