Would stay again, as the location is unbeatable for the airport. As on the grounds of airport, shuttle runs all the time. My main concern was that hotels which are further away would have a less frequent schedule. As I had an early morning flight, the somewhat higher price was worth the reassurance that I would not have to be stressed abt the shuttle.

Location: closed to the airport, as on the airport grounds. As a result, the shuttle service runs literally every 10 min (drops off also at mono-rail to train station for NYC). Without much luggage it is possible to walk to airport, just need to cross a massive car park.

Rooms: Typical business hotel. Rooms not brand new, but well appointed with coffee maker, nice bed, bath with nice amenity products. View on highway /airport. I

Big negative: wireless is not included in the rate

What can I say as I only slept here - small rooms but clean - standard Marriott fair. You can't go wrong but can't go right either - this place is just fine if you have to sleep at the airport.

Stayed just the one night whilst waiting for our connecting flight the following day. Hotel is a little pricey but very nice. It's huge. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Had breakfast at the restaurant for $19 which was excellent-all you can eat buffet. Hotel is within walking distance of Terminal C if your bags are not too heavy and you can stride over the bollards-that said there is a regular courtesy bus-special mention to one of our driver's (think he was name Lou)-looked like the Fonze-was so friendly! Felt safe and secure. There are safes in the lobby. Also has a small swimming pool and gym if you are feeling energetic! Chose it on the basis of Trip Advisor reviews and wasn't disappointed.

Room was spacious, comfy and had a great view of Manhattan. Staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. Restaurant was also pretty good. Nothing nearby so really only point of staying here is the super convenience for the airport. It is, however, obscene that there is not a pedestrian route for the 5 minute walk to and from the airport terminal. You either have to wait for the shuttle or if you want to be eco-friendly then you have to climb over a barrier to cross the road. This is truly crazy. The only other gripe, and it's a big one these days, is that wifi is not free. The hotel is not cheap, so to charge extra for wifi is unacceptable. If there was a path or bridge to the hotel and free wifi then this would be a great, rather than a good, option for anyone with an early or late flight to/from Newark Liberty.

I stayed here with my wife and two teenage children on a layover from the DR to Chicago. We picked this hotel because of its location on the airport property- knowing we'd be arriving around midnight and leaving early the next morning, we wanted to eliminate the shuttle-bus ride by staying in the airport. Unfortunately, even though the hotel is on the airport property, it's not actually connected to the terminal and you really have to take the shuttle bus. We waited for about 20 minutes (at 11:30 pm. on Saturday) and rode the most crowded shuttle I have ever been on in the US. Then the hotel botched our reservation, giving us a room with one king bed instead of two double beds as our reservation specified. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I've certainly had worse hotel experiences but they've all been in third-world countries... definitely not what I expected for $250 a night. Rooms are OK-- clean but small, standard-issue Marriott decor and furnishings. Next time I'll take the shuttle to the Holiday Inn or the Sheraton.

There's really not much to write about this hotel - it's a standard, a bit old, airport hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, the rooms clean. The stay was uneventful.
The location is excellent if you continue your travel via Amtrak or take another flight. The only thing worth noting is that even though the hotel is the closest to the airport, there is NO legal way (at least to my knowledge) to walk from the airport building to the hotel. You have to get the (free) shuttle provided by the hotel, which goes very often.

Comfortable rooms, good security (need your room card to use the elevator), quick and friendly shuttle service, nice restaurant. Restaurant a bit pricey, but food is good. Very close to the airport. Would stay here again for an overnight stay.
