looks like a castle n feels like one too. nice rooms but some windows on the outside broken , nice small meeting buffet breakfast room good service workout room open 24 hrs great but no one opens door for u u might get lock it like we did.all in all nice place for a day or so..

We have out holiday party here annually for about 600 people and the accommodations they provide for all of us are quite good for the sheer amount of people parting and stayin the night. I give it a go

There's nothing like a bad flashback when you're traveling on business. The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel personifies everything that you dread while traveling - it's oversized and underserviced, offers no valet upon checking in and the food is atrocious. The first rooms offered to both me and a colleague reeked so badly of mildew that we had to request an immediate change. The faucet in the tub leaked all night, the lighting in the hallway subpar and I spent most of the evening worrying about bedbugs (which have been reported previously - just check out bedbug registry). We were so concerned about the rooms that we made a special request to the travel service to pre-register 8 rooms for guests after a walk through. And the dinner? My god, since when does a hotel serve a version of Campbell's Mushroom soup without the dilution? And how difficult is it to scramble an egg.

Stayed 2 nights, short getaway from NYC. Breakfast buffet is a plus with complimentary beverages as an SPG member. Rooms are large, love the fluffy pillows. Decent size bathroom. I love the swimming pool! Will definitely go back

To start the look of the hotel is very impressive. Considering where it's located it has a overall appearance I didn't expect. Once inside I was continually pleased with the atmosphere of the lobby but was most impressed with our room; very spacious yet still cozy. The bed and pillows were perfect. While we only stayed one night while there the hotel reps were polite and very helpful; pointing out little details to make our stay even better.

Just stayed at the Sheraton Parsippany for a week. The rooms have recently been given an update and upgrade. Rooms are large and feel very modern. Decent size bathroom.
The breakfast buffet is fair. Nothing blows you away here. The pub/restaurant is nice. Lots of tv's on if you're a sports nut. Good menu with a fair bit of variety.
It has a better fitness area than most hotels I stay in.
The WiFi has excellent coverage throughout the hotel. It's a requirement for anywhere I stay. But is a bit on the expensive side. I'm beginning to wonder when will hotels begin offering up decent internet for free?! Did I say decent? I meant good. The complimentary ones are always awful.
Parking here is free. Always a good thing.
This will be my first choice of hotel on all my future stays in the area ... And I will have many more to come.

I made the reservation last minute for Thanksgiving night. We originally had other plans but had to alter them when my wife's Mom was hospitalized. My kids, already devastated that Grandma was going to be in the hospital for the holiday, were also disappointed that we would not be traveling or staying in a hotel for Thanksgiving. So we decided to stay at a local hotel for the night in order to salvage a little of the holiday for the kids. We ended up choosing the Sheraton in Parsippany because we had been to a wedding there maybe 6 years ago and were sufficiently impressed then to go back. But this stay last night blew that experience out of the water. From the moment I checked in with Christopher at the front desk, the staff wowed us with their stellar, friendly, guest-first attitudes (on Thanksgiving day, no less) and their ever-present welcoming smiles. While checking us in, Christopher noticed we were locals and asked what brought us to the hotel. When I gave him the heavily abridged version of the story, he extended our checkout time for the next day by an hour and even offered to try and extend it further the next morning if we thought we would need it. He seemed genuinely concerned about kids' enjoyment of the holiday. Beyond the excellent service, our room was immaculate, as were all the common areas. My kids loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot and cold whirlpool tubs. We ordered room service which was delivered promptly and was delicious. And I should also add that the beds were very likely the nicest, most comfortable hotel beds my wife and I can ever remember sleeping in. Thr only reason I gave them all 5's is because the ratings scale doesn't go higher... they deserve all 10's. This experience was so outstanding overall that even though we only live about 15 minutes away, we feel strongly that we will be back, perhaps over a long weekend during one of the school breaks. Cannot recommend it enough!
