.........well, at least, the ones that are old and "historic." This cemetery dates from 1757, so, of course, there's going to be some historic headstones and gravesites. And, if it's Princeton University history that you're interested in, there are 12 former University Presidents buried here.
There is a small parking lot. The one "must" is to pick up their excellent brochure that: (1) lists the "famous" people buried here and (2) has a map that'll help you to find any gravesite that you want to visit.
I think we spent about 45 minutes meandering around the cemetery. We certainly could have spent a bit more time to cover it all.
