This seems to be a slightly older hotel which has been well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable however, decor is not pristine and a/c unit was noisy. (We were able to manually turn this off at night) Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice and had a wide selection of both hot and cold foods and omelette made to order - this is worth including on the room price as it is quite expensive. Front desk staff were very helpful at check in, and were also a great help by calling ahead and making a reservation for my son and I to have dinner at a local restaurant. There are many restaurants and mall areas nearby along the route 1 and the hotel is only a 10/15 minute drive from Princeton. There is a large parking lot surrounding the hotel and parking is free of charge. This hotel was very convenient and comfortable and we would definitely choose to stay here again when back in the area.

The room was very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. We ate dinner at the restaurant (expensive food which was not very tasty). I was dropping my son off at college. The location was good because you had easy access to Route 1 (shopping) and yet could go on the "back route" for very calm drive to Princeton University.

We stayed at the Princeton Doubletree while going to and from Williamsburg, VA in August. Both visits were fine. the rooms are fine, the beds very good for those of us with bad backs. Breakfast is OK. We had dinner on one of the visits and it was excellent.

Good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Will try the dinner next time. Saw one restaurant just out side of the hotel, in the same yard. Played in the pool. Nice pool, but a little small. In general, a good hotel. And we will choose it next time to Princeton.

definitely a place to stay while in the Princeton area. Hotel and rooms are tip top and the staff is ready for you, particularly if you are an Honors member. Restaurant on site is good with an extensive dinner menu; breakfast has everything you could want.
