Got a group rate for a meeting and still feel it is overpriced. Rooms are pretty basic, temperature control is from the 1980s, internet not complimentary, no complimentary continental breakfast.
On the plus side, the pool and gym were good (the gym has fresh fruit). Place is spotless. The pub is pretty good (didn't go to the main restaurant). Its just an OK place to stay in Princeton, nothing to go out of your way for.

Room Tip: Some rooms are extremely far from the elevator/stairs

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel. We are pleased you enjoyed our amenities and recognized the hard work of our housekeeping staff. Please accept our apologies that you feel the hotel is overpriced. Being a full service Marriott, our prices tend to be a lilttle bit higher than other select service Marriott brands and do not include things such as complimentary breakfast or complimentary internet. We appreciate your honest feed back and hope you had a productive meeting.

Upscale room with good attention to detail. Decent fitness center adjacent to an indoor pool. Large, wooded campus setting. Necessary to drive to restaurants and campus, but they're all only a few minutes away.

We had a good time at this hotel. The rooms are a little small and it seems that the hotel was built in the 70's. I asked the front desk people to have the individuals who smoke right out side the front door to move. The smoke was coming right in the door and making the lobby very not a nice place to sit. They said there was nothing they could. Shame... Your first impression of the hotel is smokers at the front door. The bar and food area was nice but a little pricey. The concierge lounge was nice but not enough room for all of the guests they have.

Room Tip: get a room far from lobby.

This hotel is in a lovely section of Princeton, off Route 1, not too far from campus. It's sprawling, with a grand ranch-style lobby. The pool looked great and it has a billiards room in their pub. If you're not a walker, ask for a room close to the elevator. We were disappointed with the daily extra charge for internet. Free wi-fi is only available at a corner near the lobby fireplace and it barely worked. When we complained they offered to waive the internet charge. Marriott should go the free wi-fi route.

The title says it all.

Overall a great stay. Just getting back to the hotel in Jersey traffic is brutal.

Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Huge huge place. I would stay again on a non business trip.

Restaurant in the main lobby is decent but pricey.
