Delicious seafood spot on Broad St. Bring your own wine and enjoy a varied menu. The lobster roll to share is a must!

“Food is ok”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 September 2013

Food was ok, not what I expected. Good location and the waitress was very friendly. But all in all too expensive for what it is. What I really liked is that you bring your own wine or beer because the restaurant doesn't have a liquor license. That saves some $.

“a little disappointed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2013

Blue Water was recommended by a good friend and we came prepared with a few Belgian beers, as it is a BYOB.. which we love. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table and handed menus... unfortunately they have a new menu, one that is not on their website... a some what smaller new menu. I choose the lobster roll on a chiabatta roll, $18 and not a piece of lobster to be found in the lemon aioli sauce, surrounded by dried out greens. My husband was satisfied with stuffed flounder and fingerling potatoes, $27, with a side of spinach $7 and took half of his dinner home. The décor and ambience is lovely, the service was fine, the food was nothing outstanding, the lobster roll sandwich was just horrible.. and the prices are a little high, even for being in Red Bank. Will try and give them another chance...

“Great food in Red Bank”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 September 2013

Red Bank is quant lively area with shopping and many resturants to choose. The Blue Water Seafood was recommended and it did not disappoint. The resturant is small and cozy, the service was great. It does not have a liquor license so bring your own bottle. I had the Salmon which broiled sides. The Salmon was cook perfectly. My friend had the chilian seabass it also was very tasty. The food is pricey however it was delious.

“Too Salty for my Taste”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2013

The food although yes, delicious.. is a tad salty. I understand seafood can be saltier at times but I prefer something that tastes fresh and well cooked rather then over salted just to mild the fishy taste. The atmosphere was nice... and our server was more then helpful!
