Four of us went there for breakfast (this is a breakfast/lunch place). Two of us ordered coffee - it arrived cold. We told the waiter who took it away, saying it was cold, he guessed, because it was decaf (?). He came back and said "this was the last of the decaf so we frothed some hot milk in it to heat it up and we're brewing a new pot." This was a good effort - but it was still lukewarm. Plus we were given the choice of milk or cream, we asked for cream and got milk. Coffee problems in a breakfast place - not a good beginning. Our orders - silver dollar chocolate chip pancakes, french toast with a scrambled egg, an Irish benedict and a California scramble. The silver dollar chocolate chip pancakes - first of all, they were normal size, plus the chocolate chips weren't cooked IN the pancakes, they were sprinkled on top in hopes of them melting I guess, which didn't happen because the pancakes were cold. The french toast and scrambled egg - both cold. The irish benedict - cold. The california scramble (scrambled egg with cheese, avocado and grape tomatoes with a side of salsa and sour cream) - aside from being lukewarm, the serving of salsa was about a tablespoon and ditto for the sour cream. There were four little pieces of avocado perched on top of the scrambled eggs. This was a lousy experience. Don't go.

Enjoyed our meal a lot. Only breakfast spot we've found offering veggie sausage patty and roasted potatoes. Try it.

Just like the title. The food is great but really how hard is it to make pancakes breakfast sandwiches and omelette? Look, I’m a huge fan of the place going back 20 years but the Broadway Diner days were better. I went for breakfast and spent $33 for 2 people. We had home fries pancakes and a BEC on a hard roll with coffee. It was good and they are really nice people but I won’t be doing that again. There are too many diner options around here to be that pricey and open until 3 pm.

Stopped in on a rainy summer Monday and the place was busy. Bananas foster and broccoli omelette were delicious, coffee was good. Will return.

The carrot cake pancakes and omelettes are a must try! Service is spot on too. Fun setting if you sit inside but there is nice outdoor seating too.
