This is a small place on the corner that has probably been there for generations. Nothing fancy here. A deli counter with meats, cheeses and homemade sausage. They also carry and assortment of Polish non-perishable grocery items and some baked goods. I stopped in to see if they made sandwiches and left with a kielbasa sandwich with sauteed onions and an order of homemade pierogi. Wow! This sandwich, served on a hoagie type roll, was superb! Delicious, hearty and reasonably priced. Yum yum yum! The pierogi were fat and flavorful, also with sauteed onion. They've got other choices as well, probably listed on their website. These are made with the same home smoked meats available by the pound. Not your tourist destination, but a great local secret!
