Stopped in on a Saturday morning, after a very windy, rainy day before. Although I only live 10-12 miles away, I have never been here before. It is a small, quaint shop nestled just off the main street in Spring Lake. It is only a few doors down from the Spring Lake Police Dept. and the Spring Lake First Aid Squad (lucky). There are several small tables and chairs just outside to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea and a scrumptious scone or other baked goods, (weather permitting). The shop was a busy hub of activity as there was an Italian Festival scheduled in town later in the day. Every type of scone, pastry or other sweet baked goodies were on display or sitting on racks as they came out of the oven. The assortment of smells was unbelievable. The wide assortment of delicious baked goods was mind boggling. Fresh quality ingredients are used and it shows in the finished products.
