“Good choice on a rainy day!”
Reviewed 5 September 2013

If you want to get away from the beach for awhile, it is very pleasant to walk through the small town on Spring Lake and stop into Third Deli for a bite to eat. The salads are fresh and sandwiches are huge.

“Needs a face lift”
Reviewed 2 September 2013

Had lunch here this week and I have to say food was good. Expensive but good. Service was so-so. But! This place needs to be cleaned and in desperate need of a Face lift! And fix the air conditioners! Spring Lake is a great little town that is just screaming for a little dinner like this to stand out but please......Clean it up and give it a face lift! If you want $10.00 or a burger, at least serve it in a cleaner more respectable looking place.

“Not a dinner option”
Reviewed 25 August 2013

Two of our party got sick seemingly from bad seafood. The Salmon smelled like rotten fish, and the crab filling was soft and undercooked. Lunch and breakfast food looked better. Service was slow and sullen, restaurant did not look clean. This is a place to avoid until Restaurant Impossible pays a visit.

“AVERAGE”
Reviewed 9 August 2013

We were meeting friends at the beach and wanted to stop for breakfast. This was a corner
luncheonette in the quaint town of Spring Lake not far from the beach but we had a car. Although it was packed inside, there were tables available outside. The service was excellent and we each ordered omelets However when I am paying for a pricy omelet, (@$10), I expect it to be outstanding. It was not. My hubby's was the way I would have liked mine with everything mixed in. I ordered a spinach, mushroom and swiss. The spinach and mushrooms were simple folded inside and the 1/2 slice of swiss was on the top of the folded egg. Not my idea of a omelet. The homefries did not taste fresh. We ate outside. Probably won't be back.

“Casual Friendliest place to eat in spring lake”
Reviewed 21 June 2013

Hard to find a casual place to eat in Spring Lake. This restaurant is a luncheonette / diner with breakfast served all day. The food is good and the servers are polite and friendly. There is some baseball memorabilia on the walls ( a little more might bring fans in to enjoy). The restaurant is clean and they welcome children.
