Mediocre but clean room with mediocre furnishings. Sink in room and in bathroom was odd to say the least. Free breakfast was heavy on carbs but very light on protein. Don't expect any hot food or even yogurt. Overall, I'd probably stay again if the price was right, but I wouldn't pay more than $70.

After staying at a few local hotels throughout the past 2 years, I have settled down and regularly stay here. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean, the internet connection is excellent, the indoor pool area is nice, and the bar/lounge has great food and bartenders.
For the price, this is the best hotel in Toms River.

The clerk was very nice and pleasant. The rom was decent and clean. It was somewhat small. there was some kind of loud party in the hotel which didn't disturb us as we were not that close to the party but... My wife said there was not enough hot water in the shower. I had enough hot water in the morning but there was not enough pressure in the shower. The curtain didn't keep out the lights so well in the morning. The toilet seat didn't stay up. The tv remote didn't work. The swivel chair was very uncomfortable and difficult to move across the floor. Overall there were many small annoying, easily fixable things that should have been fixed.

Was in town to catch a local band. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the price was great. Only negative would be the walls a little thin.
