“Old fashioned feeling, great small town place . Ice cream and food!”
Reviewed 2 February 2013

Stewart's has been a staple in small town tuckerton for as long as I can remember, located directly in center of "town" it sits right next to tuckerton seaport, tuckerton emporium, and across from our lake pohatcong where the annual decoy show is held. As soon as Stewart's opens people start going, for burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, fries and most classic American dining staples. Very large ice cream selection, with soft serve and hard. Great banana split. And most importantly the root beer! Amazing in a fosted mug! Or as a float on a hot summer day! U can pull your car up, or sit at one of the many picnic tables, some on the back bulkhead overlooking the creek. The have classic car shows on certain nights as well. Good old small town feeling.

“Good food”
Reviewed 10 September 2012

The service this year has been decent, but in years past we have only gotten terrible service. That said, I CRAVE their lobster rolland sweet-potato fries year-round and can't wait for spring again to get it. Jalapeno poppers are good but I usually don't have room in my belly for them! The chili dog is really the only other thing on the menu I've gotten and it's pretty salty.

“Good old fashioned root beer”

Good place to take kids to. Inexpensive and fun. They will get a kick out of eating in the car and having waitresses serve them outside.

“Famous name, but that's all it has going for it.”

Don't waste your time or money stopping here. The burgers and such are poor quality and over priced. I am a local and avoid Stewarts at all costs!

“Root Beer and Car Hop Service!!!”
Reviewed 28 May 2012

Ate here while camping in the area over Memorial Day weekend. Had not dined at a Stewarts in years so decided to give it a try. Food was very good and the Root Beer was better. Typical fast food fare, burgers, dogs and the like all cooked to order. Nice size menu with all your fried favorites. If your in the area give Stewarts a try. You wont be dissapointed.
