We had a 6:30 pm reservation in late Sept., arrived on time, several tables were empty but hostess said we would have to wait about 10 minutes until this certain table was free. The people were eating dessert and should be leaving soon. We asked about the table for 2 by the window and she says that table is permanently reserved for a man and his wife every Friday night. She asked us to wait outside. Luckily she came out a minute later and said she did some "rearranging" to be able to seat us sooner. The food was good, but we felt weirdly unwelcome. The locals definitely get preferred treatment here.
