The service is sometimes a bit slow but worth the wait. Extensive menu. Thursday is margarita night. Save room for desert!

First, you wait forever just to be seated. Then we were seated at a dirty table which took a long time to be cleaned. We ordered mozzarella sticks which were really good and the clear highlight of the night. I ordered the "apple wood smoked half chicken" and my partner ordered a burger. The chicken was covered in nasty bbq sauce and I'm allergic to red peppers which was clearly in the sauce. Also there were red peppers in the mixed vegetables. Way to let people who might have a food allergy know what's in your food. My partner's burger made him sick like he had food poisoning. I will never go here again.

Awful service. 2 years in a row. Ignored when we walked in. Stuck siting at only empty table by door and no one came by 15 min. Place is not that big as they would not notice us. Finally just left. Once... you could maybe understand but twice?!!! Wont happen a third time. Plenty other places around

The George Inn is primarily a bar that serves decent food in a decent atmosphere. The price value is good. They have two areas where you can enjoy a meal. One is a dining room on the right side as you enter and the other is in the bar area on the left side as you enter. Some of my favorite meals here include the Burgers, which are a good size and come with a variety of toppings; the Shrimp Scampi, which includes large pieces of Shrimp over your choice of rice or linguini; the Caesar Salad; which is a meal in itself that you can also add chicken or shrimp; the pizza is also good as is most of the Mexican style dishes. The servers are friendly but sometimes things can get a little slow out of the kitchen. The dining room offers a quieter atmosphere as the bar area can get pretty noisy as they also have a jukebox that can get pretty loud. Although they serve food until 10:00 they will often shut down the dining room before 9:00 if they are not busy. This will force you to eat, if you choose to stay, in the bar area and that could be too noisy at times to have a conversation at the table. For decent food, a decent portion and a decent value I'd recommend the George Inn as long as you do not mind the potential for lots of noise.

Everything was excellent. We'd eat here again no doubt. Nachos with salsa was awesome with really fresh salsa. Shrimp parm had huge shrimp. Warm bread, nothing not to like.
