We entered a charming room and were escorted to our table promptly. The menu is not extensive, but more than adequate. Portions were generous, albeit a bit slow to arrive after we ordered. My friends ordered Caesar Salad and Fish and Chips and the bowl with the salad was enormous! I ordered Chicken Salad on a whole grain wheat bread which was wonderful. Because of the rainy day we didn't see any planes, and didn't get to go into the WW II plane as our time was limited, but I definitely plan to return.

What could be better than sitting in a 40's style dining room, listening to Glenn Miller; surrounded by funky teapots while watching small planes come and go? The best grilled bacon, tomato and cheese on rye ever; with excellent cole slaw and a crispy pickle; that's what!
The WW2 era ambiance sets the mood for a very pleasant meal!

Everything is delicious! What a nice cafe to enjoy a meal with your family or friends. I wish the cafe was open for dinner!
