We had to go to NJ for a couple of days to visit a relative who was in the hospital. Knowing we wouldn't be in the room for long, amenities and such weren't very important, just that it was inexpensive. The rate here was inexpensive, but even more important was that the number of points required for a stay was unusually low (10k).
I'm guessing that the low rate was based on the fact that it was on a busy road, and pretty close to a municipal airport, but neither of these things bothered us. The road itself is kind of a pain, as others have pointed out, and if you want to head north on the road you either have to travel pretty far down to turn around, or make a somewhat illegal u-turn.
But otherwise it's got the things you would expect from a Courtyard, and it didn't feel outdated at all. Definitely served our need.More
