We appreciate your review and response. We are actually not open in October as you stated that it was your time of visit. In any case, we send confirmation via mail if you do an advance deposit through USPS. Did you actually stay at the Crystal Beach? You stated that there was no effort made to help you and your wife out. If you booked online then you would of gotten an electronic response.
In relation, it is important to always check your confirmation email and or mail to be sure that you have the correct dates booked. The purpose of confirmation is to double check and confirm that you booked the correct dates. In that case, if the dates are wrong you have the opportunity to correct.
In any case and in the future, we hope you and all guest can enjoy the clean room accommodations, the ocean view, and the convenience of beach location, restaurant, & friendly personal service. We treat all of our guest like they are part of the family.
