“Poor”

Were seated for 15min before any assistance was given. Waited a hour an 45 min for food to be served. They did not bother to regularly check drinks. Was not that busy 6 tables were occupied. Food was mediocre.

“Way tasty”
Reviewed 21 November 2013

I ate here and enjoyed the meal. Late afternoon on a Sunday and had blue-cheese pasta. Not sure if it's Portuguese but it was quite good.
Only other people were locals having coffee. Not sure if it's Portuguese but it was quite good. Ran outa time otherwise I would have returned.

“Good experiences”
Reviewed 6 August 2013

We ate here twice. The first time was quite late, after we had driven all day from Cape Town. The lady owner was very kind & accomodating. The light meals she made for us really hit the spot - healthy & tasty. The cake was also very nice. The second time we had regular evening meals and all four of us enjoyed them. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There is an open fireplace and interesting decor. One of the best places to eat in Jeffreys Bay.

“A touch of Portugal”
Reviewed 30 July 2013

Owner with a passion for good food and service. Enjoyed our meal here and then went on to Je Vista for cocktails and a night-time drink - great atmosphere and good entertainment.

“Best seafood pasta ever.”
Reviewed 4 July 2013

My family have just enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this friendly, beautifully laid out cafe. The kids loved their large pizzas, I enjoyed the seafood meal of the day - a. Kingklip and hake combo served with a mushroom rissoto and veg. My husband tucked in to a fabulous seafood pasta containing mussels, prawns, crab, calamari etc - all in abundance in a rich creamy sauce. Many thanks - delicious.
