Today we had the reduced gormand menu with wine pairing.
From the first course, our expectations were blown away. The attention to details from the perfectly placed micros to the incredible flavour combinations to the perfect wine pairings, there was nothing to fault throughout!
The caraway sourdough bread was one of a kind! The thick crust was wonderful and then the chewy inside, it was truly wonderful bread. The home churned virgin butter with the roasted yeast and sesame butter was the perfect butter to compliment the bread.
Each course was perfectly balanced and the wine pairings for each dish brought new depths to the dish and was very well chosen!
Very special restaurant and is a must visit to any who appreciates exceptional food ♡
