We stayed for a night in Cottage 5 which is the family cottage at the top of the hill.
Two very comfy rooms (kingsize and twin) both with very nice ensuite bathrooms.
Small kitchen and big lounge in the middle, with a big fireplace.
There is no TV. Play charades, read, or have a conversation! :)
You can walk up the hill to the dam - just follow the trail, you can't miss it. Spectacular views! Time it for sunset if you can.
Tip: buy an extra bundle of firewood in town if you are planning a long evening... one bundle is supplied, but burns out in a couple of hours.
Tip: the road from Reception to the cottages is rough. You don't need a 4x4, but take it very slowly. I wouldn't like to do it after dark - so we bought supplies in town and cooked supper in the cottage.
