Arrived quite late into Franschhoek and stumbled across a rather unassuming pub/restaurant. The menu was not extensive and so the vegetarian choices were minimal. We ordered a vegetarian Greek platter and a veggie pizza. Both meals were super. The pizza was more like a pizza pie and the platter was packed full of goodies. Both meals were flavoursome and substantial. However, the wine list was poor and way too expensive. For example a bottle of porcupine ridge which costs R40 in the supermarket was being sold for R150. Now, most locals know that this wine is pretty average and to charge over 3 times the supermarket price is taking the Mickey! Anyway, good job with the food.
