Beautiful old estate with comfortable rooms. We had a hearty dinner next to the fire in the dining room. The night we were there it was very quiet but service was friendly and attentive. The modest-sized room was quite chilly as the front door was propped open until late. Next morning we had a big breakfast on the deck by the pool, then took the golf cart exploring the vineyards. No one was around to give us pointers so we used the dogs as guides. Unusual place to stay, recommend if you are looking for real ambiance on a working wine estate.
