The Amala is a secluded shady paradise in the middle of busy Seminyak. I booked a room for five nights with a daily massage and was in pure bliss for the entire time. The staff were so helpful and made me feel like a part of the Amala family. Widi at the spa reception is the most lovely lady, her smile and beautiful nature make you feel so special.
I would definitely recommend the Amala for anyone wanting a tranquil stay in Bali.

We had an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Booked a pool for two days which was very well maintained with courteous staff.
Location was withing city so was able to explore city on our own. Food was also very good.

My wife and I booked the Amala as a secluded getaway in the busy streets of Seminyak.
The Amala catered for our every need. We were contacted by them just after booking offering complementary transfers from the airport, onward transfers to our next location along questions regarding the spa treatments we wanted. We booked a spa villa which included an hours massage everyday. I turned up like and old leather boot....I left like a blancmange. A real treat!!!!
Breakfast was brought to our villa every morning, room service was prompt, cleaning was conducted twice a day, tours were booked efficiently and professionally by the main desk. I honestly could not fault the place.
The staff were friendly, courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
I’m not one for visiting the same place twice......The Amala would certainly make me break that rule on visiting Bali again.

I dont know where to begin in thanking the entire team at the Amala in making our stay so special and memorable. Right from the offset when Yasa was waiting for us at the airport with a big welcoming smile we knew we would feel at home, he then went out of his way to help us exchange money and sort out a sim card for our phone. Once we arrived at the beautiful resort we were warmly greeted by Sara who noted it was our anniversary so upgraded our room to the most beautiful pool villa, we were made to feel so comfortable throughout our stay the resort really is a little hidden gem in the heart seminyak. It is the most gorgeous retreat so calm and tranquil, just thinking about it makes me emotional. Also thankyou Sara for arranging a special flower bath for our anniversary it was a lovely touch! We had the most beautifully presented breakfast served to us in our room.The entire menu was full of nutritious but feel good foods! We had a daily spa package which was defintley worth every penny. The spa rooms made you feel like you’ve been transported to a little heaven! And the warm ginger tea served after treatments was also a lovely touch. Everybody is so attentive, every request is met, every detail is perfect. Every member of the team is so friendly and welcoming. The resort itself is so beautiful, its small and tight knit you feel part of one big family when you stay there! It felt like nobody else was there and all attention was on you this place seriously is a hidden gem! I cant emphasise enough how stunning the resort is and how well looked after each guest is. The location was perfect, central enough to make day trips but once you go into the resort you feel so far away from everything all you hear is the relaxing waterfall! Yasa we need to take a moment to thankyou personally, we will never forget what you did for us you went above and beyond to meet our every need. You made our trip so special and i dont think our bali experience would have been the same without you. Thankyou for the recommendations/ the planning/ touring/ food/upgrades/ pictures everything i just cant thankyou enough! We miss the amala, our beautiful room, and the whole team! We cant wait to come back in the near future. Thank you very much,
