I've stayed in Wolas for 3 nights few days ago, and I can definitely say that this place is the perfect place to be relaxed and enjoyable for your holiday. It's located in Seminyak area which has lots of restaurants nearby and quite easily accessible to another area. The villa is bigger than I thought and the swimming pool was just awesome! Also, the service from the staff was wonderful.. I still remember their smiling face and greetings. Every staff in Wolas was very friendly and nice. And even they came to my villa during breakfast time(You can get breakfast in the villa.) and sang a happy birthday song for me with a cake! It made me really surprised and I didn't expect it at all. I really appreciate it to all staffs in Wolas. Thank you! After I came back to Singapore, I still talked about Bali trip and Wolas Villa with my boyfriend. Unfortunately I won't have much time to go back this year, but I would choose Wolas again if I go to Bali!

Let me start with the good :
Excellent service and good food in the Indonesian out let and happy surroundings
In town so some back ground noise is understandable but others are better in this area just through more isolated positions but WOW the mosquitos are HUGE and so many! This can and should be fixed!
The bathroom was smelly and again" in town" and" Bali" but some thing needs to be done here.

Room Tip: Bring mozie gear!

I stayed there for two nights. The overall service is ok. However, the hot water is never warm enough to take a shower, not to mention a nice bath... The SPA lady is rude and the massage is awful. You can feel that they don't care how the customer feel about it because they didn't even ask! That is the worst massage experience I had in Bali. Other than that, I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner very much. And the room & pool are really great though...

This is a very nice villa. We stayed at a 1 bedroom pool villa. I was impressed with the size of the bathroom n the tub was filled with petals when we arrived. We had a candlelight dinner in the villa n the staff actually came much earlier to "decorate" the place. The whole pool was filled with petals n they had tealights surrounding the pool. Only setback was that the place has a lot of mosquitoes. We stayed in the room most of the time because of the mozzies...

My husband and I spent five nights at the Wolas on our honeymoon. It was the best decision we could have made. We stayed in the two bedroom villa (it was the same price as the one bedroom when we booked on Expedia) and it was perfect. Large swimming pool, beautiful greenery, good-size kitchen (complete with fridge, microwave and stove, but not pots), multiple TVs, showers and sitting areas. The Wolas thought of everything, coils always lit for mosquitoes, room always made up to perfection and they pulled down the shades of the outdoor living space when we were away and it became really windy. We couldn't have asked for more.
The room service and restaurant menu was great and offered a lot of food options. The service in the restaurant was perfect and room service was quick and easy. We ate breakfast in our room every morning and were never disappointing. There were plenty of options and more than enough food.
The staff was another fantastic surprise at Wolas. Everyone went out of their way to help us with anything we needed or wanted, but didn't bother us when we wanted private time. They were always willing to call us a cab, arrange for day travel for us or book restaurant reservations. They also made some suggestions for restaurants that we loved. We had a few massages while here and an avacado body wrap and were really impressed with the prices and the experiences. Sure, you can go down the street and get a massage for $6 American, but you definitely feel the difference in the experience and professionalism.
As for location, Wolas is perfect. It's a five minute taxi to the beach (they also do a shuttle twice a day), but you can basically walk everywhere else. There is a mart on the corner for Bintang or snacks and a number of awesome Warungs right outside the hotel that serve some of the best food we ate in Bali (and cheapest!) Don't be scared to try these places! Down the road about five minutes you'll find shopping, the Bali Deli and a number of restaurants ranging from Italian to Mexican to large-scale Warungs so make sure to explore the area a little!
All in all, I wholly recommend this place if you're planning to stay in the Seminyak area. I can;t say enough good about it. Not to be missed!

Room Tip: Every room is great and really quite (aside from outdoor noises like roosteres crowing, which you...

We had a wonderful stay at the Wolas Villas & Spa. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and always had a big smile. The villa was fantastic! The pool was great, the room and bathrooms were very nice and roomy. The room was a bit dark and needed a few more lights especially in the bathroom. We would highly recommend this place. It was great to be able to have breakfast in our villa.
To all the staff thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

Future looks bright for the Wolas!

The villas are stunning, the outdoor kitchen and living room is something else and your own pool - and we're not just talking about a small plunge pool!

The staff is of the highest class and the restaurant offers excellent breakfast and some great opportunities for in villa private cooking! Fantastic!

Room Tip: Don't take the afternoon tea 'cause that nothing special. Order the continental breakfast...
