“Bad start but turned out great”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

We arrived early afternoon and where picked up by the villa and taken to there Kerobokan villas when we arrived there we where informed there was a problem and we would be taken to the Seminyak villa at 8 pm I advised this was not good enough as we where in the middle of nowhere and we where not wasting 1/2 day.
The reception rung the Seminyak villas and I was informed that the people in our villa which we had paid for where leaving later eg 6pm I advised this was not my problem.
After many phone calls from the Seminyak villas we where taken there after 4pm and put in a 2 bedroom villa till 8pm when our 1 bedroom villa was ready.
Once we got in the villa we where very pleased with it the rooms where large and the pool very private.
The villas did give us 2 x 3hr spa treatments for mucking use about.
The staff where very good and helpful.
The breakfasts are not up to much but you can walk down the road and get some thing.
One thing the villas could do is give a choice of pillows as they where all rather high and uncomfortable.

The villa was huge, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the private pool. The breakfast is excellent: varied, with plenty of options made in the kitchen of the village. The staff is always willing to help scheduling tours and renting scooters. They also have free airport transfers and to nearby shopping areas.
They also offer a very relaxing balinese massage and a exfoliation, it was great.
The road outside the villa is still under construction which can be bad for a late evening come back by foot. We chose to rent a scooter and had no problem!

We recently spent 5 nights here. The staff who work here are lovely, from our pick up to the very convenient shuttle which with half hour notice dropped us off at restaurants etc within the neighbourhood.

We had a one bed villa which was very spacious and comfortable, decent size living area and good size bedroom. The bathroom was indoor/outdoor and very tropical with plants. I must admit I only showered in the day as I wasn't sure of the bug situation but we had no issues and I'm not a big fan of bugs!

Pool and bale were great. Pool of a good size, definitely not a just a plunge pool.

Didn't really use the kitchen except to make the odd coffee. The reviews we read about the breakfast were not good so we went out for breakfast rather than sit around the Villa.

I admit I was a little worried if the location would be okay. It is on an unpaved road at the moment but within just a couple of minutes you could walk to the main road where restaurants such as sarong, merit putih, biku were an easy walk. Potato head and la lucchiola were a bit further but still walking distance. Maybe a little hot to walk it at the hottest time of year. This area is a lot more built up than it was 4 years ago! Good location if you don't want to be right in the middle of action, but close enough. Taxis are also very plentiful on the main road (of course!).

We got a good deal on agoda here and were happy with what we got for price paid. Was quiet (bit of construction noise during day but didn't effect us).

Room Tip: Ask for a villa toward the back away from the road

We stayed in a one bedroom villa for 3 nights. The villa is spacious and well designed. The people came to our villa each morning (at agreed time) to fix breakfast for us! And they would lay the breakfast on the table and then leave (nice!). The breakfast itself is ordinary though. There are only eight villas so its a small setup and lot of individual attention and service. The villa provides free shuttle service to drop off within seminyak area which was very convenient since the road outside is still being developed so not the best place to stroll around.

The pool, deck, and sala are fantanstic. The kitchen and dining areas are outdoors (roof only), while the bathroom is semi-outdoors. Whilst this outdoor concept is great, it does pose some practical problems. For e.g. Tons of creepy crawlies in dining area ithe evenings. The shower is outdoors and ined with trees....which is great during the day (outdoor but lots of privacy) but I found it very uncomfortable to shower before going to bed since once it gets dark there are a lot of bugs, lizards etc on the walls, in the trees...i dont really fancy sharing space with the exotic tropical fauna while i am in a shower! It would be a huge improvement to have a little mesh roof on top of the shower to allow the outdoor feel and yet prevent mosquitoes and other bugs in the bathroom!

The kitchen is not really very functional...there isn't even a toaster or a water cooker and also no coffee maker (needed to boil water in a pot on the cooking range to make instant coffee)...also, not many pots or pans.

Its a very nice place but with a few little practical improvements it could be a great place!

Location is in middle of nowhere . The access road is bad and does not give a feeling of driving to a nice place.
The villas are lined up in an alley and only if one wants to shut himself into a secluded place, the villa is about ok, but otherwise for the same price, one would easily get an ocean front hotel room or perhaps a villa.
The breakfast is below average and cold. Though served right into your villa.
The pool is large and ok.
The place seems more run down and does not in anyway reflect luxury.

The bed was decorated with dead rose petals and rooms are small.
The bath room is also small.

Overall average.

Though front office staff and the driver are nice.

I stayed three nights in a one-bed room villa in June 2013. The villa is definitely spacious together with an incredible pool. The pool is much larger than that of other standard pool villa. I spent much in the pool and the sun bed. The indoor area is also excellent and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the half outdoor bathroom and toilet are not ideal for me which attracts mosquitoes and other insects staying there. Although mosquito coils are provided, they are not useful to expel other insects.
All the services and staff are perfect. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The villa provides free shuttle services to Seminyak Square and other surrounding areas which made me more convenient going for dinner, shopping, spa, etc.

Stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon and I have to say I had pretty low expectations, but was blown away by the villa. Down an inconspicuous alley, the front desk looked a bit plain and had me worried, but the villa itself was amazing! Large clean rooms, outdoor kitchen, bath and shower and a wonderful private swimming pool which I am happy to say I spent a lot of time lounging around in.

Location is pretty good, not too far from the main restaurant stretch (5 mins walk to sarong, 20 mins walk to mr. potatoehead etc.) but far enough away you get peace and quiet all day and all night.

The staff were very friendly and always helped us out with a smile (no matter how silly our questions or requests were!) Were happy to drop us off for lunch and dinner and arrange for reasonably priced private tours around bali.

Would stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone!
