“Romantic sunset for brownie points”

My gf found this place online and was dead set om coming here. It was well worth it. Awesome drinking beers on the bean bags watching sunset. And when it gets dark the umbrellas light up- so cool.

The burgers are amazing!

“Such a pleasant place to enjoy sunset”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Really the place to be in Bali for sunset and chill on the beach. Love this place. Cocktails and drinks are a but expensive though.
Good music playing at sunset. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to hang out in Bali

“Fab tapas”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Beautiful setting on the beach with the bright umbrellas & bean bags. The tapas was some of the best I've ever had...the seafood was so fresh. Service prompt & friendly. Don't miss this place.

“A great spot to watch the sunset!”
Reviewed 30 June 2014 via mobile

Food is reasonable. Location is great. Cocktails pretty good- ease up on the sugar.

Hint- the cocktails really add up the bill fast. Drink more beer eat some tapas. The ceviche is pretty good then maybe have 1 or 2 cocktails otherwise you will be in for a shock.

“Must visit but...”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

Highly reccommend a visit to La Plancha, great vibe at sunset and bar food was so delicious (the fish and the squid were possibly the best we had in Bali!) but we were incredibly disappointed when the great music being played by the DJ stopped as soon as it got dark! The music swapped from loud, fun, well-known songs to slow, chilled and instrumental. We were having a great time drinking and bopping along but as it stopped so early we felt forced to leave and find somewhere more vibey. So did everyone else apparently because the place was empty by 8pm. This was a Friday night too. I hope next time I'm in Bali and visit La Plancha that they're able to maintain there fun vibe well into the night
