Don;t get me wrong some of the staff were great. Herbert tried hard to apologise for this hotel and I commend him for that, Day staff great, night unhelpful just not interested.
Issues encountered were:
Breakfast cold despite getting there at 6.45 (starts 630) Selection limited. Same as restaurant menu
Long stringy object in my last bite of the promoted "Fave Burger" (Unsure where they got that name from. Definitely not mine)No followup.
WiFi kept dropping out at the slightest movement
TV channels not tuned properly.
This was a problem due to my last one. Suffered a knee injury and unable to walk so asked for doctor to be sent to room, Totally unprofessional and was charged for services did not receive. After telling them of this issue they witheld money for this when I asked if somebody could exchange it for me(dont have credit cards) as unable to get out of bed. Beleive me when I say when they have it they don't want to give it back.MORE STRESS!
Won't brand all of bali with the same iron but am staying well away from here if there are any future vists.
