Description: Kreol Kitchen provides a chilled relaxing space in the middle of Seminyak Bali with a back ledge overlooking the rice fields. With everything home made including their own flavored soda's you won't find any commercial soft drinks in this establishment. The open kitchen lends itself to amazing cooking smells that hit you immediately as you walk into the open space of the cafe. It's eclectic decor is a mish mash of 1970's and 1980's LP vinyl covers... vintage tuppaware... 1950's tea pots and silver trays and more. The space in Kreol Kitchen kind of reminds me of an aunt's house where memories were shared over home made biscuits and quirky teacups !!

“Spiritual and delicious food”

Great healthy & fresh restaurant option in a quiet street. I love it when staff is not haggling you in the street to bring you in their restaurant: quite the opposite there at dinner time. We had to let them know we entered the place to be noticed, which is refreshing. Very nice lady assisted us to choose some delicious octopus and eggplant curry which came on a tin plate with several compartments containing each a different side dish on top of the red rice. You will enjoy the complimentary naan bread with homemade hummus to start. Try the chocolate lava pudding which is ver similar to what you can find in Europe in terms of quality: excellent melting chocolate centre. All that for a very decent price. You can also play with tarot cards to ask some help and answers from the angels!

“Food for the Aussie who's homesick, plus a few others”
Reviewed 21 April 2014

When I'm all Bali'd out I eat sausage rolls and slices made the traditional Country Womens Associations way. Yum Yum Yum. A good pick me up when I'm feeling sick for the land of OZ. The owner, Annick, is a charming host. Always friendly and has plenty of advice for travellers wanting to know the scoop on Bali. This place is perfect for the the Bali expat and traveller alike.

“Trendy small hangout”
Reviewed 5 April 2014

Kreol kitchen a must visit while in Bali. Old school but not bad at all open for all day breakfast for the late comers is bonus great for lunch and tea all fresh, healthy and very clean .Great choice on the menu and check out the blackboard for specials. Owned by Aussie, staff are local - FREE wifi .You will just feel the vibe like you are in Ubud but in the heart of Seminyak with the ricefield strip out the back and the card reading cards on hand.
Kreol was a chill out no fuss restaurant. All so so tasty will be back there soon.

“You have to come here”
Reviewed 5 April 2014

This is my first ever review on tripadvisor and I'm writing it while I'm sitting here. You will not get better food for the price you pay here...we came across this place by total accident. I had the beef pie and let me tell you it was one of the best pies I have ever had-my wife had the eggplant curry which was also superb. We had a brownie ice cream for dessert and we both had homemade squashes and juices-all for less than $15-if ur in Bali this place is a must-the lady who owns it and her staff are class!
