There are some of the great things about this hotel & some not very appealing. Staff are nice & polite, ever smiling but there is language issue. Room design & rooms amenities are great, smart tv in the room though it's very slow & always some connectivity issue with wi-fi. Location is bit remote & dark but peace & privacy is utmost. Limited buffet breakfast but ok, though there should be more guys to serve at the time of breakfast because of chaos. Pool is amazing.
Websites suggest it as honeymoon hotel I would like to slightly disagree on that, there is no such special attention for honeymoon couple, no room decoration of sort, no bathtub & hotel is filled with families. Free bicycle is one of the greatest thing I liked about this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose direct pool access room. They run good deals for their hotel at groupon but won't offer...

The room is very nice, modern, and worth of the price. You can access the internet with smart tv in the room. I stayed at the second floor, but probably it will be more fun to stay at the ground floor because you can just jump to the swimming pool from your room :)

There is wi fi surrounding the hotel, but I have difficulties to connect with my mobile phone. The access to the hotel is rather difficult if you don't rent a car. But if you have one, then it is quite good location, close to the jalan Raya Seminyak, Laksamana Oberoi, and Pettitengget.

Chose this hotel because on the booking site we used it stated that no children under 16 were allowed. My husband and I were in Bali to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and had left kids at home hoping for some peace and quiet. Unfortunately when we arrived the hotel was full of young children who insisted on dive bombing into the pool at 7am right outside our room!
On the plus side the hotel is clean, rooms are good and staff very friendly.
They need to improve TV reception on most of the channels offered especially the movie channels and actually make the mini bar a proper one(what hotel mini bar only contains 3 cans of soft drink!)
Hotel is out of the way which does make it quiet ( without kids) but it does get a bit frustrating having to call a taxi every time you need to go somewhere, saying that the taxis were there quickly and were cheap to get to where you wanted. We had quite a few drivers that didn't know how to get there at night so pay attention to the signs etc. we ended up playing navigator at least 4 times during our 3 day stay.

Lovely small hotel (only 17 rooms) which means plenty of privacy for couples, which is clearly the market this hotel is aiming for. We stayed in Suite D which was downstairs and faced the reception/restaurant area. Seemed a little odd to be lying on sun loungers so close to where people are dining but its a quiet place so wasn't too much of a worry. The lagoon suites have direct access to the pool from both the room and the bathroom which is very handy. No wet feet through the room when you can walk from the pool, up a few stairs and into your own (lovely and very spacious) bathroom.
Sure, the location is a little out of the way - but there are plenty of places to walk to eat in around 15 minutes and its 30 minutes to the beach. In the heat thats longer than it sounds though so worth asking reception to call you a cab to go into Seminyak. This will only cost 25 to 30,000 IDR. Also you can rent scooters from reception.
The buffet breakfast is perfectly adequate (even for vegos like myself) but if you don't eat bacon or ham be careful when ordering an omelette as they tend to include this. Found that getting there earlier (its open from 7am to 10.30am) worked better for selection.
Only issue we had with this place is that is is advertised on Expedia as an "adults only" resort. Apparently this is not true. Despite the fact this hotel is clearly lending itself towards the couples market - with no family rooms and double beds in all rooms - some people managed to book large family groups. Kids just do not work well at this hotel. As the pool is accessed directly from guests rooms, having kids jumping in the pool at 7am means waking the entire resort. Also since the restaurant area is only small and there is only one staff member manning the buffet, large groups mean the buffet gets completely emptied in one go and it takes a long time for the lone staff member to clean up and restock. What this hotel needs to do is get stricter on group bookings- making this a kid-free/no group bookings resort would really give it the edge it needs. Bali is full of family resorts so its rather irritating when a family of 10 decide to stay in a hotel this size. This is definitely not the hotel for party people, but a lovely oasis for couples.

We has a really lovely stay here. Its new, modern and all the rooms are based around the hotels rectangular pool. The lower floor rooms all have decking which leads out onto the pool with 2 sun loungers. The shower also has a frosted glass door which looks out onto the pool, which is gorgeous at night! The rooms are well laid out. The rooms have a kitchenette with 2 hobs, a sink, and plates etc. Its located a little out of the main area but mopeds are available from reception and you are a 5 minute trip from Seminyak.

Room Tip: Go for a lower floor room to have direct access to the pool.

The pictures on the websites look great, and in real life it is pretty close to it. Although we had a terrible experiance at this hotel. Our booking was for 5 nights, and we booked 3 rooms - it was a family holiday... From the second we walked in our first impressions were terrible.
1.) You walk into the lobby and on the left is a few small tables with the kitchen in view through a service window. On the right are 2 cheap looking desks, which you can see backs of computers and computer cords, and see the persons legs dangling under the desk - similar to tressle tables!
2.) We went to the counter and told them we had 3 rooms booked, (it was 1am by the time we arrived at the hotel) - We were told "No, you only booked 1" - Luckily I had printed the e-mail confirmation which clearly stated 3 pool access rooms. After half an hour of trying to sort that out, we were taken to our rooms.
3.) Only 1 out of the 3 rooms was ready!! We walked into ours (which was upstairs, not a pool access!), there was used champange glasses on the counter, and dirty towels in the bathroom.... They hurried around trying to clean this for us. My parents had to wait an hour for their room to be stripped and cleaned again - their bed hadnt even been made from the last guests! My brother was the only one that was able to crawl straight into bed and have a good nights sleep. When we eventually got into our room and used the shower, it FLOODED the whole bathroom....
4.) The next morning we mentioned to them that we paid for a pool access room, and we wanted to change - and also the fact our shower flooded, we wanted a new room. They were not happy about it, as they had to shuffle other people around that were due to arrive, although we eventually got a cleaned, pool access room with a shower that drained, we moved in that afternoon.
5.) The decking around the pool is not finished, there are some rooms with finished decking out the front, although some which still have screws sticking out of the edge... Not safe when you are leaning against the edge of the pool... easily could cut yourself on this.
6.) The location is not the greatest... There is no restraunts, cafe's, shops or convenient stores within walking distance. Having a group of 5 meant we couldnt taxi - so we had to pay for a driver. A little dissapointing when you were told there are 'many eateries within walking distance'
7.) Their breakfast.... Scrambled eggs are the only nice thing on the menu. Do not order poached eggs - you will recieve runny blobs of things on an un-toasted slice of bread... Fine to eat if you had no teeth.

Overall, it looked nice - up close and personal it was not. The staff during the day were lovely. The night staff however were not, it seemed everything was a hassle for them. They gave us a book of restaraunts which delivered - the 1st night we ordered in, they dialled and ordered for us... The 2nd time, they said no - so we had to battle trying to speak to a person on the other line that could not understand a word we said...

It was definitly not the kind of place I was expecting. And quite dissapointing as it was my parents and brothers first time in Bali, so their experiance wasn't the best.

There is ALOT of room for improvment.

The hotel is new, nice and neat, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and well kept, but the mattress is very hard! The staff is nice and helpful. There were some problems when the hotel booked us a tour with a private driver. The driver took us to expensive places to shop and eat, where he received a high commission on everything we spent. When we wanted to pick a restaurant he just took us to another restaurant, where he received a commission of course. We were astonished that the hotel arranged such a bad tour, because we were basically ripped off. We didn't want anyone else to have this bad experience so we told the hotel about the tour, and all they said was that they normally don't book trips with this tour guide and they didn't know that it was a bad tour guide. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and settled that it was probably just a bad tour that they really didn't know about.

On the day of departure from this hotel, the staff wanted to 'arrange' a boat trip for us to make our trip "easier". What we didn't know was that they sold us an extremely expensive boat trip to Gili T. They asked us to leave half of the total amount as a deposit. Three days later we found out that the boat trip was only half the price than what the hotel said. Honestly, we had the feeling that we were being ripped off again. We filed two complaints with the hotel:
1. the terrible tour with private driver
2. the expensive boat trip to Gili

After a lot of hassle we got back the deposit for the boat trip. The hotel staff apologised, but unfortunately we were left with a bad feeling about this hotel.
Tip: Don't let this hotel book or arrange anything for you.

Room Tip: We stayed in the last room on the second floor and it was very quiet.
