Uma sapna went above and beyond for our first family holiday with our 10 month old. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and Ned was never short of a cuddle. The villas were perfect and child safe with pool fencing and indoor bathrooms which were prerequisites for us prior to our trip. Breakfast was delicious and the servings were very generous in size! I strongly recommend this hotel and would stay here again! More

We recently stayed with our 6 month old child in a 1 bedroom pool villa. The staff went over and beyond to help us and accommodate all our needs with a young child.
All the staff were so friendly and loved making our child's day. Any question we had or any help we needed they were only happy to assist.
Villa's are in a great location to Seminyak shopping district. Most food restaurants are only 5 to 10 minute walk away. Kilo restaurant adjoins the property as well with some quality food available.
Villa's were maintained exceptionally well and never felt like you were cramped in a 1 bedroom pool villa.

Stayed here in June for the first leg of our Honeymoon in Seminyak. Beautiful place, perfect location... just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but once you're inside its completely tranquil, peaceful and quiet.
Villas were huge and the biggest we stayed at on our whole trip. Super clean, beautiful pool and V comfy bed. Staff were lovely, so kind and willing to do anything. Reception staff helped us book a few trips and organised us a driver for the day who was great and really knowledgeable.
One of the best bits about Uma Sapna was the Kilo restaurant... we had breakfast here every day and also ate here for evening meal one night. Simply the best food we had on our entire 3 week trip in Bali! Just sad we weren't staying longer so that we could try every one of the break fast options. The eggs and avocado on toast was next level!
Would highly recommend Uma Sapna and would definitely go back! Also the spa is great... we had a couples massage on the first day after a very long 20 hour travel time and it was quite simply amazing!

Uma Sapna has a private retreat feel in the middle of Seminyak. Our one bedroom pool villa was perfect in every aspect of the word: a large room with TV and amenities, king size bed, large window sofa, fantastically well lit bathroom with twin sinks and separate shower, bath and loo.
In the suitably sized garden was a table and two chairs, two cushioned loungers and a private pool.
Service was excellent with a swift check in. The rooms were made up daily with a full change of linen and towels and turn down service made sure you had everything for your next day, including fresh beach towels.
This was a great stay and I would recommend Uma Sapna to anyone staying in Seminyak who wanted to be close enough to the hustle and bustle yet far enough away to find peace.

Villa Uma Sapna was the first stop for us on our 2 week holiday in Bali and BOY DID IT SET THE BAR HIGH. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive -- at the drop of a hat ready and willing to tackle any problems we had (of which there were very few and they were very minor).
The location is outstanding! Super close walking distance to a handful of restaurants and shops in Seminyak. But, if you don't want to leave the premises (like us for a few days) you have everything you need for full fledged relaxation: onsite spa services, TV with Netflix in room, private pool/lawn chairs, full service restaurant for all three meals, and all of the amenities you need to be completely and totally zen during your time there.

We were provided with excellent service from start to finish! From being picked up at the airport with cold towels & water right the way through to checking out. The spa experience was like no other - 2 hours of relaxation with a full body massage & scrub. The breakfast package with the Kilo restaurant was so delicious & offered several choices everyday - already missing those breakfasts! It was a standout part of our trip! We opted for a honeymoon package & the welcome experience was so special with beautiful room decorations. We couldn’t stop smiling the whole way through with the friendly & helpful staff - their efforts to make our trip as smooth as possible were unparalleled! We will definitely look to stay there if we return again in the future. Do not miss out on this place! The location is perfectly central so you can walk to loads of amazing restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
