The best part about this hotel was the location. It is right on the beach, which was beautiful. The hotel's staff is very accommodating and are always available to help. Their restaurant is also one of the most highly rated restaurants in Seminyak which is convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel - and to stay on the oceanside. There is also a garden suite option, however that is further from the beach.

We spent a week here in May as part of our honeymoon and had the most perfect stay we could have hoped for. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive whenever we needed it. The service was 5 star from the time we arrived and had 10 staff waiting out front to greet us with flower necklaces and honeymoon cake.

The villa was perfect and had everything - huge 4 poster bed, private pool and veranda, indoor and outdoor showers, jaccuzzi and more space than we knew what to do with. We've spent a few weeks travelling in Indonesia before, so didn't feel too guilty about spending most of the week in the hotel, but it was so relaxing, how could we do anything else.

The spa facilities facilities were excellent and the daily afternoon tea by the sea, a lovely touch. We also booked to have the 6 course dinner on the 'private island' in the middle of the pool one evening, which was decorated with hundreds of flowers, our own music and a few delicious courses - a perfect honeymoon treat.

After all the madness of planning a wedding, this is exactly where newly weds should spend some time, we highly recommend it!

Wow what an experience. I just stayed in the royal Pavillion villa in the Samaya and it was truly amazing. Great beach, amazing room, great food, excellent staff. I cant praise this hotel more. Sunset cocktails were awesome. Breakfast fantastic. Bathrooms are huge. Bedroom was nice with a very comfortable bed. Location is very good as right on the beach and close to a good number of restaurants. Private pool was huge. All in all a perfect stay in Bali. Definitely recommended!!
