Loved this Hotel stayed here a few years ago and was pleased with the renovations to the rooms. Staff amazing and as we had to organise early checkout they made a breakfast box for us due to missing breakfast in morning. Our room was super clean and bed was comfy. Would highly recommend this hotel as was just lovely

Mate and I (males) stayed here on our first trip to Bali, and would choose it again if ever we returned. The hotel is suited for all ages which can be seen by the large number of families, friends and couples that roam around. The rooms are great, very spacious with ample capacity to fit two large suitcases without having to use the floor. Bathroom is 5 star, faultless, extremely clean, as is the entire room which is serviced daily and left very fresh. Air conditioning is strong, freezing and consistent, perfect for Balinese weather. Housekeeping generously replenishes room temperature bottled water at both scheduled servicing times, as well as whenever requested, without charge. Chilled water is also available at a very small cost. The Wi-Fi works fine in all areas of the hotel including rooms, there is no limit on its use however a password is required every two hours readily available from 24 hour reception. The pool area is amazing as is the swim up bar and food served, extremely cheap for a hotel of this standard - 6 AUD for a generous serving of teriyaki beef and noodles. The location is probably the best feature overall, walking distance to Seminyak nightlife and several restaurants, and a very short (and cheap) cab ride into the main drag with more upscale establishments. Because of this, returning to the hotel after a long day/night is truly relaxing, as it is perched in its own corner with great security and away from the hustle and bustle that is Bali. Although it wouldn't affect my overall rating the only downfall would be the customer service, very attentive to your needs however also quite insistent with regards to the use of their own services for day trips and getting offended when you seek the cheaper alternatives available of local cabbies, one of whom drove and waited on us to inland Munduk (a roughly 5 hour day trip) for AUD60 in total. I found this very unprofessional for a hotel especially when we originally thought that annoying vendors such as these were confined to the streets - and believe me they are definitely there too.

Room Tip: Top level facing the pool and closest to the lift.

We stayed in a deluxe room facing the pool and it was very clean and tidy. The pool bar was excellent with happy hours, trivia quiz and bingo every day. The beach is just down the road and there is a large mini mart situated right next door where you can change money and purchase all groceries and even alcohol which is allowed in the resort but only to be consumed in your room. The departure room was a fabulous idea after check out as you can shower and change before flights and there are lockers and TV and free mini bar and snacks supplied. We checked out and were still allowed to sit by the pool and sunbake and purchase from the pool bar all day. Staff were wonderful and friendly at all times. There was a kids corner club which we noticed was a fun experience for all children. The Day Spa was amazing and would highly recommend it. Breakfast was great and there were plenty of choices. This was our 4th time to Bali and I can honestly say this was the best place that we have stayed at. We have met some great people while we were there and will be catching up with them soon.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms by pool (131 - 135) as they do not face the hot afternoon sun - although we were in the...

We had interconnecting rooms closest to the bar, always clean and serviced at a reasonable hour, bar noise was not that loud at all as other reviews state.
Bar staff were fantastic and made our stay that extra bit more fun.
From check in to checkout everything ran smoothly.
Breakfast was the best we have had so far.
Room service meals were not only affordable but fresh, hot and a great size.
Hotel staff were always friendly and smiling.
The pool was always clean and the temp always seemed to be just right
Will deff recommend this hotel, just wished we had stayed our entire holiday here.
Thank you again for an enjoyable stay

To the couple with the kids in the poolside rooms opp side from the bar, teach your kids some respect and learn to supervise.....as your children constantly interrupted people trying to enjoy a relaxing time on sun lounges by purposely always jumping into pool right in front of them splashing not only the people but their belongings. Luckily for you it only happened to my daughters once.

We stayed in interconnecting superior rooms with our 2 kids (aged 6 and 9) and it was good. Everything was clean and everyone was helpful. Kids loved the pool. It's central enough to get to shops and to get taxis to the good restaurants (Potato Head, Ku De Ta etc - about $5 a trip). We stayed in room 327 and 328 which was a nice distance from the pool and bar, so was quiet in the evenings. Ordering food at the hotel was good too - not overly expensive. They helped me celebrate my birthday when I arrived by bringing me a birthday cake and singing happy birthday to me! There's a few Aussie bogans around but i think that's the risk in all of the hotels in Kuta, Seminyak and Legian....

Room Tip: rooms 327 and 328 were far enough away to be nice and quiet. Laundry costs are quiet high so you wo...

I’m in two minds about this hotel. Its very good about being what it is, ie a medium to large size hotel. The hotel caters for a broad demographic and all staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are obviously well trained and clearly go out of their way to please guests. The staff were as accommodating as I’ve seen in a hotel of this size. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and a number of good restaurants.

The property has a number of very commendable policies: eg sun lounges can’t be reserved for more than an hour (excellent! A pet hate of mine is those selfish and inconsiderate people who “reserve” space for themselves poolside and then disappear for hours on end); you can bring in your own drinks, but only if you consume them in your own room, which is fine by me; and, the Departure Lounge, which is a great innovation for departing guests with late flights.

We utilised the Departure Lounge when we checked out at midday but weren’t flying out of Bali until 11pm. That the hotel enables gusts to use facilities after check out and then freshen up and change for a flight in the Departure lounge was one of the reasons we chose this property.
Although the rooms are a little on the small size they are adequate, well maintained and clean, as was the hotel site generally.

Our room balcony was only large enough for two people and there is little privacy between our balcony and our neighbours’ as the screens between balconies are rather flimsy. Might I suggest at this point that one policy the Breezes might consider adopting is that the no smoking area of the room be extended to include the balconies? There was nothing more disappointing for us than to have our relaxation on the balconies marred by our neighbours’ cigarette smoke.

As reported by others the hotel encourages a party atmosphere. Although we are older than those who go to Bali primarily to party we enjoy seeing people having fun. The partying was not too raucous and was always closed off by 10pm. Nevertheless if you don’t like some noise you probably should stay elsewhere.

So having stated that the hotel is well located, well maintained and well managed, why and I in two minds? I think that it boils down to us enjoying smaller hotels which are a little more intimate and which maintain some connection with the Balinese culture. Unfortunately this connection cannot be sustained by the larger hotels. Having said that, I would under the right circumstances return to the Breezes.
