This villa is not brand new, and they charge accordingly. Its a fantastic location and the the facilities are perfect for a couple of large families or some friends looking for something large with an ensuite for every room. There were 2 lovely girls who cleaned every day, except Sunday. We paid them 100,000 IDR and they made us breakfast each day (we bought the produce).
The behind the scenes staff were fantastic and could be contacted any time. Were had an issue with the water pump at 9pm one night and they were there in 30 mins and had it sorted straight away. There is no one on site but we felt safe as there are walls all around and a big lockable gate.
All in all, a great experience. I think the only reason you would be disappointed is if you expected champagne on a beer budget.
The staff at Aisha villa are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you experience a clean, comfortable stay. The pool is as pictured and we definitely enjoyed taking a dip during the hot afternoons. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the villas, and there is a good massage parlor literally at the entrance of the villas' alleyway. The villa is air conditioned, has wifi, and has a filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped; I cooked a couple of meals at home.
There were ants but every room has bug spray to deal with any bug-related issues. (and sunblock!).
We absolutely loved the villa. It was perfect for what we needed (a group of 8 friends). Sari looked after us whilst we were there and was really helpful and accomodating. They came and cleaned daily and did a really good job.
Small issues were power outages, constantly losing power to a part of the villa until they could get it fixed and the toilet upstairs did not flush fully.
Apart from that it was incredible! Would definitely stay there again!
Steps away from shops, restaurants, bars and spas and an achievable walk to the beach (15 mins) but so cheap and easy to taxi why bother? Good setup. Stairs to upstairs room very steep. Would go back.
I've stayed there for 5 nights with my friends and we really enjoyed the villa. The location is very strategic; restaurants, convenience stores, shops, even bookshop are nearby. It's really clean and the owner provided every necessity we need. We had a barbecue party and all that. Needless to say, it was one of my best experience in Bali (I've been to Bali several times). The only problem we had was during checkout, the staff didn't inform us that there's gonna be another guest after we checkout so the day we checked-out we had to rush to pack our things. But other than that everything else is fantastic. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

I feel lucky to have discovered such a tranquil & comfortable accommodation, right in the heart of Seminyak. I thought the villa Set up & the wonderful staff were just icing on the cake!
Nick even came by to see if we needed anything, & offered some helpful local advice.
Definitely a great experience--
6 of my friends and I stayed here for 4 nights, last week, we thought using the safe to put away our passports and money was a good idea. On the first night we accidently locked ourselves out of the safe and management came and unlocked it with a key for us. The second day we were there, my partner and I noticed $600 was missing from our wallet inside the safe. We thought we had just made the mistake of not understanding the currency as it was our first time visiting Bali (even though $600 is alot to spend/lose in just over 24 hours). Until 2 days later the other people staying with us noticed quite large amounts of money missing as well. All up we lost nearly $2,000aud. We called management and explained this to them, and recieved no help or advice what so ever, they didnt even seem concerned!! We had 3 cleaners, the assistant Sari and a lady from management all come to the Villa, and tell us they had no access to the keys and that our money wasnt missing. There were smirking at us and laughing when we told them the money missing was also meant to pay for our next 4 days accommodation. They didnt offer us any solutions, or anywhere to stay. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and set up. Which is a shame because we all loved this villa and would of loved to go back! I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
