Our group of nine had been planning to eat at another Las Vegas restaurant, but found it closed. Our motel clerk recommended several options, including Hillcrest. When we arrived, it was very quiet and there weren't many customers. We almost decided to leave, but are glad we didn't. They quickly arranged seating for our group, and our friendly and attentive waitress soon had us served with drinks and very tasty chips & salsa. The menu is varied and reasonably priced. Most of us had typical New Mexican dishes, others had burgers or chicken-fried steak. No one was disappointed, and only a few of us were able to clean our plates! The burritos were large, attractively presented and tasty. The chile relleno, my personal favorite New Mexican dish, was very good, but not quite up to Estella's standards. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely return when back in Las Vegas. Good food, friendly folks - nice place!
