Very nice hotel. Owner gave us additional advice on skiing in the winter. Location was perfect and breakfast was excellent. Price was a little high, not sure how it compared to other facilities in the area. Was able to get a lot of good information about skiing.

Great location! Next to the mountain with a lovely creek flowing behind.

Breakfast was made to order, fast and delicious. Loved sitting on the back deck eating breakfast.

The room however was very loud. We faced the city. The go cart race track outside was very noisy! Ask for creek side to avoid the outside noise.

Our shower was very noisy and had a broken shower head. We could also hear the neighbors showers and alarms. Only one bulb of 4 worked in the sink area. Basic room, clean and well stocked.

It was nice to have ac but it did not cool consistently.

Thank you for your review, I always appreciate any input that can help improve our guests' visits to Red River. We're still looking for the room with 3 burnt-out vanity lights and a broken shower head - so please, please, always feel free to let the front desk know about these things and I promise they will be resolved immediately - we stock spares for literally everything in the room. Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the other complaints. All I can say is that the go-karts do shut down at a reasonable hour (also when it rains in the afternoon). The showerheads do make noise, but that's because our water pressure is higher than usual for a hotel. I've looked into it and the only practical fix is to lower the pressure, and we just get too many compliments on the water pressure to do that. I am glad that you found the made-to-order breakfast to be "delicious" - we try very hard for that, and hope to see you again soon.

Considering this is a resort town, the rooms are very nice. This hotel cooks your breakfast while you wait--no powdered eggs and limp undercooked sausages. Waffles are great, too. They just need to expand their dining area a bit. Easy to get a traffic jam going. Next door to the ski lift, one block from the convention center. Stay here. You'll like it.

Going to sleep with the sound of a babbling brook outside the window is a wonderful treat - and that's what I had when staying at this Best Western. The room is beautifully appointed and had a small refrigerator and microwave in it. Wi-Fi was strong, ample places to plug devices in for charging. The largest selection of TV channels I have ever experienced in a hotel. The cooked to order eggs with bacon and a waffle was a real treat, but seating to enjoy the meal is really limited.

Room Tip: Be sure and request a downstairs creek side room to experience maximum enjoyment of this lovely location.

Beautiful spot next to the stream and ski lift. View up close of mountains and deer. Quiet area and a nice porch to seat on. They also have a special treat one night a week. Great breakfast and nice not to have to go some where first thing in the morning. Simple and good.
