What an amazing and exciting few days we have just spent at Naledi Bushcamp! We were in S Africa for our daughter's wedding and as a mini honeymoon the newly weds had joined us for a 2 day safari. Naledi is a small and very intimate camp (3 lodges) which suited us admirably. Our lodge was beautiful, and Kjell and his staff made sure we all had a wonderful time. When they found that we had newly weds in our party they even laid on a private romantic candlelit dinner for them complete with champagne and gifts. It will be 2 days that they will remember forever.
Two game drives a day provided us with opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Africas amazing wildlife. The night drives were particularly exciting with really close encounters with young lions.
The food was very good and beautifully presented, the accommodation extremely comfortable and the staff all absolutely delightful!
Thank you all at Naledi!!

Room Tip: We had our youngest daughter with us and at 30 she was dubious about sharing a room with mum and dad...

My wife and I had the privilege of spending three nights at the Naledi Enkoveni lodge recently. From the moment we walked through the beautiful doors, we were greeted with smiles and cool drinks which made the long haul from Jo-burg seem like a distant memory. The smiles never faded!

Over the next three days, we embarked upon numerous game drives with the enthusiastic host, Shaun and his amazing tracker, Vuyani. Knowing that the two of them must have been on game drives over thousands of times in their lives, one would think that their love of showing the game to their clients would have faded at some point. However, that was completely not the case. They continually stopped to not only show us but provide stories, history and biology reports of each animal, insect, reptile and even bird we saw. It was incredibly informative and added to the thrill of our very first game driving experiences. Further, over the course of the three days, we were able to have firs hand accounts with each of the "big five" which seemed just an added bonus given all else we had seen.

Finally, the service we experienced was beyond anything we have witnessed before. Rosann and her crew really though of everything they could to make this one of the greatest experiences for their guests. The food was wild class, the wait staff and decor were friendly and impeccable. All in all, we could have easily confused our stay for one of the worlds best luxury hotels aside from the fact that we were in the bush of Africa (albeit, the setting itself was incredibly gorgeous as well).

We will forever remember our time spent at Naledi Enkoveni and will be dreaming of the day we can return. Until then, we will recommend this as highly as we can to any and all family and friends traveling to this part of the world.

Thank you Naledi for one of the greatest experiences of our lives!

After searching online for hours, I decided to book this lodge for my first safari experience in Africa. It turned out to be exactly what I expected. Although it is also the first time for our guide in SA to stay in this lodge, he agreed that compared with many other top notch lodges he had stayed this one has the best price value ratio. The great part of Naledi is that it locates right along the Elephant River which is quite unusual for private lodges in Kruger. The decoration in each unit is not that luxurious but cozy indeed. The ranger and the tracker are both experienced and helped us to find lions, buffaloes, and an elephant AT NIGHT. We thought we might miss the leopard but luckily managed to spot a small one on our way to the airport. What a lucky day!

We stayed in Naledi Bushcamp for three nights - 2 adults and two children ages 10 and 7. From the first minute there we felt welcome and special. Kjell and his team were excellent in every sense. The camp is great: spacious rooms with nice design and privacy, the food is excellent and we always had company from one of the staff to tell us about the local wildlife, nature and South Africa in general. The pool deck and bar area are great for relaxing and for the kids to swim and hang around on a sofa or sun chairs. From the observation platform we saw a lot of wildlife while swimming! The game drives were well arranged and we go to see pretty much every animal possible. One night was really special with sundowners by the Olifants River with the hippos and baboons making a lot of noise. And we also enjoyed the bushwalk with Prem the tracker very much. He showed us a lot of really interesting details about the flora and the animal tracks. We highly recommend Naledi to anyone and also for families with kids.

Nothing to add, except that we were like guests. The staff is so kindly, rooms are very clean and comfortable, the area is quiet, diners and breakfast excellent. We hope to come back in Naledi Bushcamp. A fantastic expérience (we travelled everywhere in the world and it is one of our 3 best experience)

We had a fantastic, stay at Naledi Bushcamp, we only wish we could have stayed for longer.
The rooms are amazing, the location stunning, all of the staff very welcoming and friendly and their attention to detail spot on. Because there is only room for a maximum of 8 guests, the whole experience is very personal and very much tailored to what you would like to do.

There was a good balance of activities (game drives and nature walks etc.) and personal time for relaxing and taking in the amazing scenery. The food was also fantastic - we wish we could have taken the chef Sam home with us! The game drives were also fun and very informative - we only managed to do 4 drives during our stay but could have done many more and still had new and interesting things to see and learn about.

Although we were on a family holiday, we had only got married the week before our stay. Upon learning this, Kjell, Alicia and the other staff organised a lovely private champagne dinner for us which was really thoughtful. We will definitely be back for our anniversary!

Room Tip: The paperbark suite has an outdoor shower - it's definitely worth experiencing a shower under th...
