Well back again for a 3 night stay here suppose to be one night but could not bear to leave so 3 nights it was shame it's so out of the way for example no public transport goes near the B&B so you must have a car to get to the place which is a double edged sword if you like the off the beaten track you will enjoy staying here like I did

Spectacular! We recommend this charming B&B to anyone and everyone. Rooms were wonderful, food was great (green chile omelet), Marlene and Peanut were great hosts. Sitting on the porch, watching the mountains light up at sunset - cannot be beat.

Step away from the ordinary. Adobe hacienda in the peace and quiet of the desert..tinkling fountain in the courtyard, clean colorful southwestern decor, expansive patio with wonderful view-day and night- of El Paso at the base of the Franklin Mountains--all can be yours! Add the charm and friendliness of Marlene and her delicious home cooked breakfasts and you are in a great place. Add comfy beds, tv, wifi.

My friends and I enjoyed it so much last September that we came back this September, and it was just as welcoming and delightful.

This place has all the charm of New Mexico with none of the ugliness of the city. The views of El Paso are stunning, the desert air is refreshing, and the courtyard is so relaxing with a running fouintain and rocking chairs to sit and sip your morning coffee in. As an El Paso native, Casa de Suenos held all of the magic of the desert that I have missed so much since moving away. It is well worth the drive and Marlene was a fabulous hostess!

Room Tip: The Pajaritos room has an east-facing private patio that is cooler in the evenings and has a view of the city.

Okay...this was just a charming little hacienda with the most charming hosts! Marlene is so friendly and accommodating making the hospitality top notch. Great breakfast, too! Marlene cooks to your needs.
The room was nicely appointed and comfy, not luxurious. But it wasn't billed at a luxury price so that was just fine. And the patio and yard are very lovely! Quiet and out of the way...just the way we like it!
And the views of the night sky and El Paso are breathtaking!
