“Marshall's gives the Nod to Noddles”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

When walking through the John Dunn House Shops if you go to the end of the walkway you run right into a food cart called Marshall"s which sells absolutely the best noodles based dishes
you will find anywhere. I finished my road trip this summer in Taos for three reasons. The place I stayed (El Pueblo Inn) the best soap in the world (Nature's Emporium Soap Co) and Marshall's incredible Sesame Rice Noodles and Veggie's in a Peanut Sauce. Heck, I even met the Mayor if Taos at Marshall's, eating one of his favorite noodle dishes. There are a ton of great places to eat inTaos. Places where you can spend your child's first year tuition at Stanford for a dinner for two. Do yourself an enormous favor and find Marshall's for lunch... you will be extremely glad you did.

“Very Good Choice for Lunch”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

A portable food cart located on a pedestrian shopping walkway, Marshal's Great Noodles offers a very good and interesting product. Fresh Asian styled noodles, basically as take-away food, with limited nearby places to sit and eat. We understood they are open 11-3. Recommended.

“Great Noodles Indeed”
Reviewed 15 September 2013

If you're in Taos at lunch or dinner time, I highly recommend you stop by the Great Noodles food cart for some seriously delicious, fresh, made to order noodles. It's vegan friendly, they have tofu as well as meat. Their veg/avocado spring rolls are also delicious! The service is always fast and friendly. The cart is located in a lovely shaded area among the John Dunn House shops. They use local ingredients whenever possible.

“Wonderful street food!”
Reviewed 8 September 2013

Loved the red curry noodles, and the sesame noodles. Served from a cart, but the chef has been cooking at many good places for years. Give it a try!
