“Best appetizers in Taos”
Reviewed 12 February 2013

The Alley Cantina is in an alley on the Square in Taos. Great little bar/restaurant. Their appetizers were awesome. we just stopped in for a drink and a snack.

“Best green chile cheeseburger during our week long stay . . .”
Reviewed 10 January 2013

If you can find this place, you'll find a friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. Grab a State Pen Porter and a Green Chile Cheeseburger. WOW.

“Unpleasant”
Reviewed 5 January 2013

The service was poor. We were told to seat ourselves, and then told to move. We were about to leave when the waiter finally came to take our order, and when we were finished it was another long wait for the check. I never got a refill on my tea. The food was OK, but not good enough to make up for the poor service.

“Very accommodating for our group”
Reviewed 3 January 2013

We came in with 37 folks for New Years Eve dinner and they got us served quickly, including drinks. They were wonderful, and ensured everyone was satisfied. Then they had a great band that rang in the New Year!

“Interesting place with lots of locals to watch”
Reviewed 1 January 2013

We wandered in looking for a place to warm up and get a drink while shopping the plaza. It was mid afternoon and there were lots of folks eating. Pool table in the back with what appeared to be locals playing. Small tv at the end of the bar for watching football. Reasonable drink prices and nice bartender. Since we did not eat, can't comment, except what we saw on peoples plates looked tasty.
