What a great place. In the middle of nowhere there is this haven of tranquility. Well appointed wooden chalets for two - really nicely done. The central entertainment area has a well stocked bar, with a surprisingly good wine list. Not the usual brands, but some very nice a quality wines, and well priced. Not the rip off we often encounter. The food was very good as was the service.
The staff and management are very friendly and efficient.
We stayed for 2 nights, the second being a Saturday. Very nice bar area to watch the rugby! Went on a boat cruise and are now tired of seeing Hippos!!! Watch out for animals and birds when arriving or leaving - good sighting of a pair of Maarbou Storks.
We will certainly be going back.More
