First let me warn those with peanut allergies, stay away! Free peanuts everywhere,,
We had an enjoyable meal here. The salads are very large and even include chopped boiled egg, a topping not seen at most chain restaurants. I tried a bowl of chili, very good.
The steaks were cooked just right and very flavorful.
We would go back here again.

We were given a coupon to visit this restaurant in Big Flats, NY. It was one of the best experiences - ever! There were peanuts, peanuts, and then, MORE peanuts! Handfuls of peanuts! Bags of peanuts! Pails of peanuts! You kept cautioning yourself to stop eating the peanuts, at the same time your hand reached into the pail for just ONE more peanut. My husband and I began our meal with a Cactus Blossom, a fried onion, in the shape of a beautiful blossom, served with a savory dip. To die for! I chose the Grilled Salmon, served to perfection, along with a baked potato and salad. The salmon was juicy, yet the ends were crisp, and the salmon was cooked all the way through, something you don't find in every restaurant that serves salmon. My husband chose the Bacon Burger, and it, too, was cooked to his liking, all the way through. Along with that, of course came delicious seasoned Steak Fries. By the time we finished our meal, there was no room for dessert! Our server was pleasant and friendly. The country music was great, and we did not find it too loud at all. There were several birthdays while we were there, and the staff all came up to the table, sang and in general, made a "fuss" over the person whose birthday it was. Much thanks to the person who gave us the VIP coupon, and we will, when visiting this area, be returning to the fantastic restaurant! And TRY to keep our hands out of the peanut pail! Nope....will never happen....Give Texas Roadhouse restaurant a try; we trust you, too, will find your hands in the peanut pail, over and over again! :-)

Good menu. Waited for 20 minutes for seating. Service was very good. Food was good, hot, and not a long wait. Took food home, more than enough to eat.
