Old Dominion was our first experience at a B&B and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The 1880's home has some original antiques and has been featured on HGTV's "If These Walls Could Talk". Kathy and Joe are extremely friendly, informative and down right nice. They told us to make ourselves at home and made us FEEL IT! The rooms are charming, decorated with antiques and plenty of bedding, towels, etc. The home features a library, pool room, parlor, dining room and hot tub. We took advantage of the pool and were able to eat on the deck despite the rain! Presentation at the dinner table was excellent and our "waiter" AKA Joe, was attentive, pleasant and fun to be around! Thank you Kathy & Joe!!

A wonderful B & B in the serene countryside near attractions such as Storm King arts center. The hosts are attentive without being obtrusive and every comfort has been provided: lovely rooms, plenty of towels, excellent breakfast, refreshing pool for your return from roaming this gorgeous part of NY State. A plus.

My wife and I stayed here for one night just to get out of the winter routine. We were amazed at the charm and history of this big, beautiful home. Kathy and Joe are the most gracious hosts you could imagine. We loved the hot tub, library and pool table! Breakfast was outstanding. It was so picturesque with the snow, the Christmas tree and lovely rolling hills that surround this magnificent home. We are coming back as soon as we can to enjoy the pool! We can't wait to visit-it was really great!

The Dominoopn House has many aspects that other places in this area can not offer. I think it's location is such a plus, off the main road, peaceful, with surrounds to roam.
The food is excellent as are the rooms and hosts.
