we are from Long island..so when splish splash opened, we were frequent guests...Most times thing flowed nicely and we had our visits down pat to avoid the crowds..which make for a very unpleasant experience..
Fast forward to now and holy cow!..what happened..they nickel and dime you for everything..the staff needs to be schooled on how to treat Guests..way too much attitude.."dont bother me me..I hate my job"..the hordes of camps, people in inappropiate attire.(street clothes cutoffs...etc..just gross)...when they first opened..people in such attire were not permitted on rides..
I get its the bottom dollar, since it seasonal, but is there a limit to how many may enter and are camps welcomed everyday of the week..?
we are done with splish splash..Proceed with caution, lower your expectation and perhaps you'll make it a memorable day..not a stress riddled, can't believe that just happened kind of day.
seems to be no one in charge..
I noted..management responds to the "good" comments and rarely disputes the negative..huh, wonder why
