We just spent two nights at this Inn while we skied at Bristol Mountain. We bought the B&B package and it was so worth it. We got a lovely king suite overlooking the water and the breakfasts were terrific (you can choose anything off the menu or have the buffet). We also had a free round of cocktails each night. The first night we ate in their fine dining restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced. This resort is absolutely beautiful and I can only imagine how much better it is in the summer when all the outdoor stuff is up and running too.

Room Tip: Make sure to ask for a room facing the water or you'll be looking at the pool and/or parking lot...

The Inn itself was lovely, a gorgeous setting. We were there for a wedding. The staff was terrific and our room was very nice, except for the fact that it was in the old wing & thus did not have a vent fan in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. But for $169 a night ( wedding rate) I was surprised and displeased that breakfast was not included with the room rate. That being said, the breakfasts were tasty, and the food at the wedding, held at the Inn, was truly wonderful.

Our first time staying in the area and we were delighted with the Inn. Staff were all very pleasant, room was comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the welcoming great room to relax in and sit by the fireplace. We were lucky to arrive before the Happy Hour ended and enjoyed very reasonable drinks and found the wait staff to be accommodating. The property is located directly on the lake and next to the city boardwalk which is well kept and is great for an early morning stroll by the lake. We will return for sure!

I just got back from spending three nights at the Inn On The Lake during a business trip. The place was clean with comfortable beds and good facilities. The restaurant was a little pricey but good food. The fitness room was small and the tread meal did not work but the rest of the equipment was fine. Small inside pool with great whirlpool. Since I was there on business I was unable to get around much but two local restaurants, Nolan's and McGregor, were very nice.

We called to make reservation and asked if we could have an upgrade because we were celebrating our 50th and were told we would have to pay for an upgrade REALLY?? We again asked for an upgrade when we arrived on the day of our anniversary and the clerk said we would have to wait 2 more hours before the manager would be in which meant we had to move our luggage again (we're Seniors) Luckily, the night before we stayed at the Sheraton in Niagara Falls and they were more than happy to accommodate us and gave us a SUITE with cocktail hour and the following morning we had a great continental breakfast included --- The Inn's dinner menu was overpriced so we chose to go to another restaurant down the road that had a beautiful view of the lake. Our room at the Inn was very small and we were very disappointed that they did not do SOMETHING special for a couple who chose their establishment to celebrate an occasion like a 50th anniversary. The staff was not very friendly either. So Sad!!!

Room Tip: Call several hotels before making your decision for such special occasions as a 50th Anniversary

We were riding our bicycles through the finger lakes region. The Inn was a welcome sight at the end of a long day. An older property that is well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Nice place to relax.

Had a very nice room with a separate sitting area. Only problem was, for 200 dollars a night there was no breakfast included. Really? Not even a continental breakfast. The other wired thing was that a lot of the store on Main Street did not open until 11 o'clock. This was on a weekend.
