It's a good place to stay for a night or two in sbma area. In case we will be back there, I will still book Subic Park Hotel, it is cheap, staffs are friendly, good location, baby friendly. Pool is also clean and food is a okay.

If you're looking for hotel just to spend night at, then this is a good one. Just can't get over of the frog in the pool. Lol. The service is also good. It's very near to the night life in SBFZ, blocks away from restaurants and malls.

We got the oceanfront queen room. It was very big and elegant, more than enough to accommodate the five (5) of us - 4 adults and one toddler. We got 2 extra mattresses. Although previous reviews warned that in this room, the noise of a band in a nearby resto could be heard at night, it did not bother us because we liked the room so much! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, The food in their restaurant was reasonably priced and simply delicious! We ate our breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The location of the hotel is perfect. Between the hotel and the beach is a strolling area with lights and plenty of benches where you can relax especially at night. There is only one downside- there is no elevator; our room was in the third floor... Nevertheless, we will still go back to this hotel in case we have the chance to visit Subic again.

Room Tip: If you want complete silence at night, you choose the Deluxe room, not the oceanfront. The band coul...

The place is at the right spot = in front of the beach but still near from the restaurants and shopping areas. Receptionists are friendly. The room we had was clean and spacious. Very relaxing even just for a night.

Stayed in Subic for 3 fays 2 nights.

Location: This hotel was surprisingly very close to convenience stores and 2 big malls/shopping centres! Bay side was spacious and had plenty of room for strolling. This hotel is located in the quieter part of the city but is still easily accessible and shops are very close.

Interiors: It's style is very old country, and the Christmas decors were beautiful. There are paintings everywhere, including the rooms, which gave it that very homey and cozy feel.

Rooms: We booked 2 2-bed rooms. One was more spacious than the other. Sheets were dated but were clean and did not smell. Floor was wood and there was a carpet. Lighting was a bit dim for me.

Bathroom: Dated as well but clean. There's a bidet! There was a bathtub and the water temp could be easily adjusted. Water supply was aplenty. Only thing missing was bubble bath.

Hallways were a bit narrow but I did not mind.

There are no elevators in thos hotel so we and the staff had to carry our bags up and down 3 floors.

Staff: Receptionist was average. But the resturant staff were always all smiles, friendly, and very patient.

Food: Not so many choices but great food! Their hot cholocate was perfect.

There is only one concern I have... there was a rat in our room and even got into our bags. We had to shoo it away. And in the other room there was scuffling in the ceiling so you know what that is.

This last bit is the only thing that went wrong in our stay there. I hope they do some pest control real quick.

If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel but elegant, this is place to be. One of the cheapest hotel in the area but you are going to get more than what you pay for.

Very nice location alongside with other hotels and restaurant. The hotel is just small, simple and quiet. They also serve a good breakfast.

Few not so good comments:
Hotel does not provide sleepers, toothpaste and toothbrush, the shower room is also small - i guess depending on what room you are getting.

The hotel is a nice place to get some rest after doing work in Subic. Nothing really outstanding about it. However, they have to check if their WiFi on the upper floors are working (supposedly there is a signal, but you couldn't connect to the internet). I appreciate also that they have the day's newspapers everyday. The price is average, (Php 2,000++) a night.
